At D-Scope Systems our support solutions go well beyond basic technical support. For your chosen term of service we provide ongoing maintenance, hardware repair, remote support and software updates.

Our remote support features allow our technicians to quickly access your D-Scope products and resolve issues with minimal assistance from on-site staff. In the event of a hardware failure we provide full coverage warranty including parts and labor for up to 5 years. If we can’t fix it we’ll replace it. We provide free software upgrades as new features and functions are added to the platform, to keep you on the cutting edge of medical technology.


Our support solutions also include expert advice on how to get the most out of your medical camera, what type of video and image formatting will work best for you, how to customize D-Scope to fit your workflow and how to make presentation materials with the procedures you record. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are comfortable with D-Scope Systems’ functionality, and are getting all you can from the products.
