Information You Submit Through the SiteD-Scope will collect any information you submit to D-Scope through the Site (“Submitted Information”). For example, if you complete the Site’s Contact form, D-Scope will collect all the information you submit through the form, which may include information such as your name, telephone numbers, and email address; your company name, address and telephone number; your comments or questions; and any other information you submit through the form. If you contact D-Scope through the Site’s Need Help utility, whether during a live chat or by leaving a message, D Scope will collect all the information you submit. In short, D-Scope will collect any information you send to D-Scope through the Site, regardless of method. D-Scope may use Submitted Information as follows:
To respond to your questions or comments or to fulfill your request for more information or customer support.
To send you information about D-Scope’s products and services or other information D Scope thinks you might find of interest.
To improve our products, services and the Site.
How We May Share the Information We Collect From YouAll the information we collect from you, including Submitted Information, Payment Information and Visit Data, may be shared as follows:
D-Scope may share your information with our employees, affiliates and strategic partners.
D-Scope may share your information with third-party service providers as necessary to fulfill your requests for information, provide customer support, process payment transactions, or as otherwise needed to provide our goods and services to you and maintain and operate the Site. These third parties are not permitted to use the information for any purpose other than that for which they are retained.
D-Scope may in the future reorganize, merge with another company, be sold to another company, or sell all or part of our assets. User information generally is one of the transferred business assets in such circumstances. D-Scope reserves the right to transfer your information as a result of such transactions.
D-Scope may also release your information to third parties in the following circumstances: (i) if legally required to do so under a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order; or (ii) if the rights or property of D-Scope, its affiliates, their service providers or the users of the Site are at risk.
